The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when we post the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
